Karen Pelham

Karen is a California native with a 35-year career focused on Finance, Operations and Technology.

She has held a diversity of roles ranging from Treasurer at Goldman Sachs oHG, and Executive Director at GS International; to COO of  private limited companies;  to Principal Consultant at Endava; leading to a deep understanding of both large publicly held companies and small privately owned enterprises. Karen spent most of her career working internationally, first in Frankfurt, then London, and now makes her home in Marin.

This breadth of experience has given Karen a specific skill set that brings well-thought-through and carefully balanced clarity to complex issues,  ensuring that projects proposed to support organizational imperatives are viable.

Karen earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

She looks forward to working with her colleagues to enable the Mt. Tam Community Land Trust to meet its goals and aspirations in service to our community.
